This problem occurs because there is an error processing the ASP script, and the "Friendly HTTP error messages" are enabled in Internet Explorer which suppresses the error details.

If you don't want THAT error message to show up, you can't alter their scripting maybe it's yours actually. Not exactly sure, but you can. in IE, turn off the "display Friendly HTTP error messages" by choosing tools - internet options - advanced, and simply uncheck the box. Then the full error messages will be displayed, as well as the line number of the error.
