I keep getting an internet explorer error?

I continually get this error while online, causing my computer to freeze. It is more prevailent while running games on shockwave or flashplayer

Possible virus or adware problems
It is for reasons like that I switched to Firefox browser.You don't have that problem with it.A virus may also be causing the problem.Good luck.
Please use firefox, I may be using Internet Explorer out right now to test flaws. But any Interent Explorer is laggy and a virus catcher. I suggest stop using it right now and download FireFox. It is much better and alot less viruses are linked to your computer.
here's a tip: use Firefox for things other than games, and use Internet Explorer for your games. Thats what i do
