Why do I keep getting a windows internet explorer block saying unexpected problem has occurred(Call to undefined method mail folder::getfolder name()) when I read mail. Even after I shutdown and come back, I get this error.

Please try the following 2 ways.
1 uninstall the IE and reinstall the latest IE
2 reinstall the operating system
