Why does internet explorer keeep on making script errors?ie tab

You can actually change a setting in IE to not let you see that there is a script error in Tools %26gt; Internet Options %26gt; Advanced.

Uncheck the box which says "Display a notification about every script error". Internet Explorer will not show the script error dialog box from then on.

try using a freeware windows optimizer
It depends on what version you have, make sure you have IE7 as IE6 is no longer supported. Also make sure you don't have any plugins or extra bars on the browser. Strip it bare.

If all else fails use Firefox, a much better browser.
I know man same thing happened to me all the time. The thing is that your Javascript's all messed up. usually caused by a virus from stuff you've downloaded. but the only way to fix it is by re-installing ie altogether. after you've deleted ie from add/remove programs, use firefox to go to microsoft.com and re-download ie. hope you have a genuine windows system.
An Internet Explorer Script Error occurs when your web browser (Internet Explorer) experiences difficulties running a client-side script from a web site.

These scripts may be in JavaScript, JScript, or VisualBasic script.

In most cases, these errors are a result of something done by the web developer who implemented the script on the web page and there is nothing that you can do to resolve the error.
