There are many potential causes. Is there a program or device causing a conflict? How many and what other programs are running in the background? How and when does it happen? Does it always occur? What platform are you running; win 98, me or xp? Without knowing what you do when it happens, i suggest the following, which will erase all cookies and temporary internet files you may have stored on your computer.
