What Internet Explorer error is this and how can I fix it?

I am trying to play Runescape on the computer at work but I get the error:

You cant play runescape at work because your workstation does not have Java enabled, that is what jvm.dll is.

You may be able to install java if you have the proper user authority, some work stations in my call center have java, most dont. Very few have flash. Try moving to another terminal, or ask the administrater if you can install Java on your work station. Chances are slim, though. Runescape may not be considered productive use of your time. There are a few people in my office that play runescape between calls, and their Customer Service Scores reflect the distraction that it creates.

jvm.dll could be related to the Jave RTE... is the PC Java enabled?

your windows dont have java or same.
