Valareos sent me a reply I'd like to respond to, but can't.
I tried his (her?) suggestion, but got a message: "Windows has been moved or is inaccessible"

it seems that the page sent by valareos was modified my microsoft.
try the ways suggested by me. but personally i think using firefox will eliminate your problem. even yahoo likes firefox :)
