Internet explorer scripting error, im not using IE!!?

i get internet explorer script errors alot from not even touching IE

like i went to user accounts in control pannel and it gave me scripting errors, when i press cancel, another 1 pops up INSTANTLY like it doesnt stop.

where it supposed to say the information like line, error, code, char, url its all blank!

help me out
